On the eve of my birthday, life was swirling with uncertainty, and I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of where my path was leading. I began thinking about what it might be like to practice meditation regularly. It was a new venture for me, uncharted territory, really. Driven by curiosity, I turned to Google, typing in 'Meditation Centers in Austin, TX.' To my delight, I discovered a place that happened to be hosting a New Student Orientation the very next morning at 8:00 am.
And on my birthday, I received the greatest gift, which I’d given to myself. The gift of stillness and meditation. Years later, this transformative practice continues to give and I now have the pleasure of teaching others the techniques, the power, and the value of meditation. Curiosity brought you here. Follow it. Explore my offerings, and add your email so we can connect. Much gratitude.
